How to cancel a subscription
Cancelling a subscription stops all future invoices from being generated. This action can't be undone. Once cancelled, the subscription can't be reactivated.
Steps
- Go to Financials → Subscriptions.
- Open the active subscription.
- Click Actions → Cancel subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Note: Only active subscriptions can be cancelled. You need edit permission, or you need to be the subscription owner.
