How to edit a subscription
Editing a subscription puts it back into Draft status so you can change its details. You'll need to resend it to the subscriber to reactivate it.
Steps
- Go to Financials → Subscriptions.
- Open the subscription you want to edit.
- Click Actions → Edit subscription.
- The subscription reverts to Draft. Make your changes.
- Resend the subscription to the subscriber to reactivate it.
Note: You need edit permission, or you need to be the subscription owner to do this. The subscription can't be in Draft status already.
