How to edit a subscription

Editing a subscription puts it back into Draft status so you can change its details. You'll need to resend it to the subscriber to reactivate it.

Steps

1. Go to Financials → Subscriptions.
2. Open the subscription you want to edit.
3. Click Actions → Edit subscription.
4. The subscription reverts to Draft. Make your changes.
5. Resend the subscription to the subscriber to reactivate it.

Note: You need edit permission, or you need to be the subscription owner to do this. The subscription can't be in Draft status already.
