How to pause a subscription
Pausing a subscription temporarily stops it from generating new invoices. Unlike cancelling, you can resume a paused subscription later.
Steps
- Go to Financials → Subscriptions.
- Open the active subscription.
- Click Actions → Pause subscription.
- Confirm the pause.
Resume a paused subscription
- Open the paused subscription.
- Click Actions → Resume subscription.
- Confirm to reactivate it.
Note: The pause option only appears for active subscriptions. You need edit permission, or you need to be the subscription owner.
